Cutting edge technology Fast production cycle

Cons

Unprofessional work environment. Toxic work-place culture. Grossly unethical behavior by the CEO / upper management. It is hard to witness this almost daily harassment of other employees. People leave because they can't stand it anymore. Constant employee turn-over. No HR. No board. No oversight of any kind. Very long work-hours; no work-life balance to speak of. Watch what you sign when you start - it will bite you later. Do your diligence.

Pros

Analog Photonics has some of the coolest technology in the Silicon Photonics space worldwide. The team is exceptionally well talented and leading the field in Optical Phased Array LiDAR.

Cons

Expectations by both management and your colleagues are high, maybe too high at times, but it drives the team overall.
