Management more senior than direct production/service supervisors are absolutely useless. The VPs and Managers of departments are so far beyond clueless they barely know the names of supervisors below them. The C level executives live in their own delusional bubble. They will lay off temp employees when the company isn't getting contracts then ramp up production and hiring once they get them again so unless youre full time, job security is not very solid. The pay doesn't reflect market value nor does it adjust for inflation for pretty much any position but especially boots on the ground production and service employees.

Technicians are treated poorly, with outdated travel time and on-call pay policies that haven’t been updated in decades and often shift company costs onto employees. Promises and representations made during the interview process were later denied or disregarded once hired. Communication between tech support and field service is inconsistent and unreliable, frequently leaving technicians without the support they need during critical situations.
