      It USED to be great place to work

      Pros

      Makes great product in Medical and Security devices. Decent pay and benefit. Great physical working environment, easy commute near major highway.

      Cons

      New management (CIO) has no compassion and no regard to employee job loyalty, when he took office he fired group of workers, many of who has been with the company for over 30+ years.

      Pros

      We build excellent products in the field of Medical and Security. Management is poised to make this company great again. We still manufacture products in the good ole US of A The torch has been passed to a younger more up to date managment team. Analogic has a strong customer base, made up of mostly industry leaders.

      Cons

      It if difficult to teach the old dogs new tricks. Nobody embraces change easily. Teamwork is non-existant at Analogic. Non players are a hinderance to those who are sincere in using the team approach to accomplish their goals. It is positioned well for a take over.
