Total lack of leadership and direction. Don't see a promising future for Analogic.

Pros

There are a lot of good people trying to do the right thing. Most of the employees truly care about company direction and want to help Analogic be successful.

Cons

The company leadership is lacking; best positions go to friends of executive management, regardless of qualifications. The CEO and VPs need open their eyes to what is really going on in the company. Senior managers need to be strong enough to admit when issues exist and then come up with plans to address the problems. Instead, many issues get brushed under the rug, hoping that no one will notice (or that someone else will get the blame).

Pros

Nice people. Very professional and knowledgeable. Good benefits. Very structured organization.

Cons

They do not keep sales people long enough to get established in territory. Many people were let go this past year. There is no in-house support for products. Staff very busy traveling and working all hours.

Used to be a great engineering company

Great people, onsite gym and cafeteria, interesting work

Cons

Since CEO Green took over there is a constant fear of layoffs, anyone with seniority gets laid off first. No new products. Too many upper management and VP's. Hard to get promotions. Millions of dollars spent in remodeling but only minimal yearly raises, if at all. Outlook doesn't look good.
