      - Lets you develop your personal skills in this business, as well as pursue the project at your leisure, at most. - The working atmosphere is relaxed and surrounded by lots of experts who are more than willing to help; ask a question if you personally don't know how to tackle a thing on your hand.

      Cons

      - Personal autonomy could be challenging if you personally set up a goal. - Work/Life balance could be tricky to maintain

      Pros

      There is always plenty of time with great support given to let you learn and practice everything you need for each project. You would get advice and get helped with seniors and colleagues around you who have rich experiences. The knowledge and experience from them will let you solve challenges in a free, harmonious office atmosphere. People are hardworking and there might be some challenging takes could be given. However, with very collaborative colleagues and supportive management, you can get through it.

      Cons

      As it has such a free and harmonious atmosphere, you might lose your way and speed. Ask first, try to find a problem, ask again. Learn and refine yourself actively rather than wait for the time until a specific task is assigned.
