      AIC is a place where you can create and nourish a second family! My co-workers truly care about my well being and my success in regards to my career. Not only does AIC bring you to a new level and build upon your existing skillset, they also welcome ideas and suggestions in regards to change and how to become a better company. This is a strong group of dynamic individuals who work together towards a common goal through encouragement and enabling their employees to contribute.

      Pros

      Work atmosphere is pleasant with a quiet and relaxed environment. Everyone is pleasant and nice to be around. I enjoy the on-site facilities too!

      Cons

      Heavy work load at times and you’re always in a time crunch to complete tasks. Most of the tasks are very detailed and tedious, they require a lot of memory to the systems and concentration to the uploads and data entry.
