      Loved the change in environments every years. Seems they have finally found a Buyer.

      To much time spent packaging the company for the stock holders.

      Pros

      Your co-workers are great!! Sr. Team members jump in and help where ever, depending on your office it's very "family oriented". Hire self driven, ambitious employees so they didn't put a lot of pressure on.

      Cons

      Most of the Sr. Management Team is clueless which is very sad.......you do have the members that know the business inside and out, and that are quite genuine. Wore out the phrase "take accountability" after seeing they could not practice what they were preaching.

      Good pay, commission and decent benefits. Great co-workers

      Unless you are one of "them" you are completely disrespected and looked over. The company management has no idea how to correctly motivate people, and puts blame on everyone else but themselves and their bad decisions.
