- It's a job. - You get your salary on time. - hardworking co-workers

Cons

- Very little communication with management, went without a meeting with manager for months. Manager not easily reachable. - unrealistic workload, no rewards - poor leadership - Very bad immigration attorney - applications to USCIS went into audits. Poor commincation skills. Management very adamant on using the same immigration attorney even after so many audits.

Relocated across the US and new office had no opportunities and showed zero interest in me even though I was an AiC employee

Pros

When things go well with your client they stay away from you. I only interacted with one manager in nine years and never had to go into the company's office.

Cons

Management does not always act in a very ethical way. There is no bench time, so if you cannot line up another assignment when your current assignment ends so does your employment.
