Pros

Great people and benefits you learn a lot on the job and has some great opportunities! I received a lot of help from my team and had a good amount of resources to get me started

Cons

The work life balance was difficult. I didn’t have much else time to do anything else. Take time off but not too much time off. Difficult expectations at times.

Pros

My immediate team is incredible!! Supportive, collaborative, reasonable hours, opportunities for growth and ability to explore areas of interest. And the people (throughout the org, not just my team) are genuinely great people.

Cons

Benefits could use a boost, especially as the company has rebranded itself as a tech company, and is not competing re benefit with other tech companies in the space. This has led to attrition and a stress on people resources.

Pros

- The people are fantastic. Everyone I've had the pleasure to work with is smart, hard working, and kind. I look forward to meetings with my team. - Company has grown steadily for years and continued to do well despite the disruptions of the past year+, which points to an even bright future ahead. - The work is interesting and the clients are top-notch. I feel confident in my team and the organization's success as a whole.

Cons

- Senior leadership is centralized in a single office, which has created a disconnect. Can feel like decisions are being handed down from an ivory tower without regard to the day-to-day realities for most employees (particularly during the pandemic). - Company is slow to offer growth and promotion opportunities for employees, which has led to the loss of some top talent. Changes are in progress, but it seems like an uphill battle.
