      - Get to work with a lot of great people - Get to work with amazing clients that are top in their industry - The CEO really cares about the people here and it’s not just lip service - The internal trainings have been great and offers a wide range - There are a lot of experienced people to learn from - Senior Management listens to all levels and wants to hear how to make things better

      - The client work is demanding so the hours can be long at times
