High potential to be a great company to work for if management improves ways of working

- Learn consulting and management while young - Challenging work across companies and countries - Opportinuty to grow if you take and work hard at it

Cons

- Happy hours don't cure lack of appreciation towards employees continually giving their nights and weekends to the company - As the company grows, the previous structure that works with less employees/clients will not work with more employees and clients. Senior management needs to recognize that change is needed - Company turnover leads to a talent gap, and later hours for everyone. Late hours leads to mistakes and burn out, which leads to people leaving the company. It's a cycle.

Pros

Management is focused on company's work product -- much better then my previous job where mgmt was focused on saving pennies and laying off quality people to save money. I have a degree in statistics, pretty happy with work here. People are generally social, nice co-workers, with relaxed dress code and and some decent perks. Company seems focused on innovation.

Cons

I could use more variety... would like to work on multiple projects and clients simultaneously, but my mgr has me working on long projects from start to finish. While company seems focused on innovation, sometimes the employees are the last to hear about it or see it.

- good environment, good workmates - challenging work - relaxed dress code - decent pay

Cons

- training needs improvement - standard hours - would be nice to have flextime - some managers are weak - IT support needs improvement - fix problems faster - work can get repetitive - demanding clients and everyone acts like customer is always right even when the customer is demanding too much
