Pros

Nice and friendly and fun coworkers

Cons

You won't learn much, and the job is basically using Excel copying and pasting data and building pivot tables as fast as you can to transform marketing campaign data for these big corporations. And then drawing conclusions and making presentations without really trusting their "statistical models" insights and results.

Pros

The company fosters a positive and inclusive culture with a strong sense of community. Many employees build lasting personal and professional relationships. The organization also hosts numerous well-organized, enjoyable events throughout the year, including cultural celebrations, happy hours, off-site team-building activities, and trivia nights. Overall, the company makes a genuine effort to ensure employees feel valued and included.

Cons

Work-life balance can vary significantly depending on the project, which is common in client-facing or consulting firms. While many analysts experience manageable workloads with only occasional periods of extended hours, certain teams and leaders may require more demanding schedules. Similarly, the company offers unlimited PTO, but the flexibility to use this benefit depends on the specific team and project leader. Additionally, reliance on proprietary software may limit the transferability of certain skills to other roles outside the company.
