      Amazing Place to Work

      Pros

      The minute I walked in the door for my first interview, I knew I wanted to work here. You can feel the energy and passion. Under the new management team (who actually like each other), decisions are getting made, internal communications are transparent and you can feel the ship propelling forward. The people are smart and dedicated, the office location is awesome, and the company has an amazing opportunity with their product.

      Cons

      Startups come with long hours - It is what it is. I would love parking in the SF office, but that pretty much comes with the territory.

      Pros

      Your opinions and ideas really matter here. You have a huge opportunity to implement new processes. Upper management really takes ideas seriously no matter your level.

      Cons

      I don't see any cons working here. Every startup has growing pains and Anaplan is doing a great job to fix these as they come. I did wish they had health benefits for money towards gym/classes.

      Inspiring Team and Opportunity

      Pros

      Coming from a large legacy software vendor, it's amazingly refreshing to see such deep passion throughout the workforce for the solution we are bringing to market. The executives are approachable, the compensation is very fair (not to mention the options). What's most impressive, however is the speed with which the company is scaling, generally without growing pains. The unlimited vacation policy is as good as advertised.

      Cons

      Given that it's still a relatively young company, there are some internal processes that have not yet been defined, but given the deep experience the management team brings, those seem to be temporary.
