      Pros

      Great culture, intelligent, motivated people. Hyper-growth company is exciting, and allows for a lot of independence.

      Cons

      Employees are not always seen as a priority. Execs are focused on growing the business, and hard work is seldom recognized.

      Pros

      High energy that we have working here. People working here really love the product, and everyone I'm working with is pushing in the same direction. No political games yet (crossing my fingers) and true potential to grow your area of responsibilities.

      Cons

      As we grow, there is less exposure to the core of the exec team from which we got all that energy

      Pros

      Great organization that is run from the top. Management encourages their employees to work hard yet rewards them when it comes time. The word "No" is never heard and the collective is often worth more than individual situation.

      Cons

      Lack of communication at times in how decisions are being made. Some of the growth choices have been questionable. The marketing department has been a bit scattered and tends to run with poor decisions. However, this has changed over the recent months.
