      Pros

      The people in Anaplan are great, everyone is helpful and tries his best.

      Cons

      Since the company was acquired by PE, the management has completely destroyed the work culture and is removing benefits, working from home and outsourcing to India. Additionally, it is a company where it is hard to grow as there is no official mentorship program or career progression path. After 1 year my learning curve has flattened. Given the current trend of events and the 7% layoffs of January, I would discourage people from joining

We are taking an experimental approach to hybrid work and trying out different ways to regularly bring teams together while maintaining flexibility.
