      Great people, vision still needs time to be defined.

      Pros

      The people at the company are very friendly, open, and easy to interact with.

      Cons

      Company has no vision, too much turnover, lack of retaining talent. A lot of people in middle management who do not know what they're doing. Very low amount of people actually know the product and what it does.

      -Lots of positive changes happening quickly, so lots of opportunities to be autonomous, grow, and make a positive impact -Transparency from leadership team and openness to new ideas

      Cons

      -With so much change happening, it can feel a tad overwhelming at times. There are some differences of opinions amongst coworkers with having so much change

      GREAT Company to work for

      - Great Teamwork and Leadership open to new ideas and execution. - Incredible product with so much potential despite it is already "best-in-class". - Results-oriented, with PTO flexibility provided you deliver your tasks on time.

      Cons

      - Business environment is not the best out there (for everyone) so some headwinds are expected.
