Sensible flexibility on where and when to work, with a competitive package and accessible leadership.

Cons

The pace can be sometimes unrelenting and won’t suit those seeking a quiet life as Anaplan is the best in the world in their category. As the organisation scales, some processes and decision rights are still bedding in, with occasional cross-functional friction. A few less modern systems remain and can slow delivery. Global time zones sometimes make collaboration a touch fiddly.
