Engineering and support teams layoffs, even if you are not affected, all your team members are gone. Talented and/or intelligent people in their sane minds are trying to jump ship at the moment. Poor management, false promises on future prospects without real outcomes.

Where do I begin? - The new executive team does not prioritize the employees. - The new executive team does not care about diversity, equity, inclusion or belonging. If DEIB or culture is important to you, do not apply to Anaplan. - The new executive team lacks transparency. For example, they implemented an extended leadership team via a nomination process but never announced the nomination period or criteria to employees. Another example is that the executive team changed the calculation/ratings system for employee bonuses but never introduced the employee community to the new rating system. As you can imagine, this resulted in employees receiving less bonus ( I am sure this was a tactic to save money). - Extremely chaotic working environment. There is very little alignment or direction at any level of leadership.
