Pros
Instead of the conveyor belt style interviewing process with another somewhat snobby tech company I got immediate warm and positive feedback from all 3 people I initially interviewed with. Lori was a refreshing voice to deal with and assisted through the entire process start to finish. There was no jumping through hoops and no 4 hour questionnaire or assignment to waste my time on before hand. Anaplan is a true transparent and no nonsense company in hypergrowth mode. I'm surrounded by some of the smartest people in SF and I definitely feel at home. I look forward to the amazing growth we're going to see in the near future. Smaller perks are every drink and snack known is fully stocked which is awesome. All employees work on Apple Macbook as well. Compensation is extremely important and Anaplan's offer was very generous. Couldn't be happier.
