      Pros

      Great product market fit. Business is doing extremely well and lead by strong leadership

      Cons

      It has a deeply siloed engineering culture, and there is little to no support for new initiatives or ideas. There are always constantly changing priorities which leaves a developer very frustrated. Development model is more waterfall than agile. Architecture and planning are not team driven, but rather from less-technical managers. Career development is non-existent unless your are part of the elite team chosen by the site lead.

      Pros

      Most Employees are very helpful and grounded. Great CEO and strong exec leadership team.

      Cons

      New mid-level engineering leadership at SF site which joined mid-late 2018 has instituted toxic culture and opportunistic politics which doesn't make it a good place to work anymore. There is enormous strain on the workforce and culture of imputing blame. Culture of isolation thereby slowly pushing out people from organization is underway.
