      If you work hard and you are smart, you can make a lot of money

      Pros

      Leadership is pretty flexible if you perform well. Its a very hard job and you have the opportunity to hone your prospecting skills because most of the opportunities you create are not through warm leads. Most of the AEs are seasoned reps, so there’s a good opportunity to learn.

      Cons

      Lack of career progression and SDR comp plans don’t take in to consideration region. Depending where you land, you might have more opportunity to exceed quota.

      Governance is very much based on Corporate decisions in San Francisco. It would be great to give regional offices more decision making ability

      Fast growing company. Excellent product platform that provides creative and challenging opportunities for SW engineers. Strong and expanding customer base. Strong cultural values that permeate throughout the company. Fun place to work with very talented co-workers. LOVE my job.
