      Business growth is outstanding as there are no competitors in this space. Very strong CEO

      Cons

      Ops and Engineering organization is shrouded in secrecy. Lot of internal conflict. Non technical managers make technical decisions and executives are very disconnected from ground reality. No career evolution. UK friendly decision making.

      Pros

      Stock is doing tremendously well, Old timers are in for the stock. Rallying behind CEO Engineering expansion in Minneapolis Ops is best and most laidback team to work in

      Cons

      We lost an important team member from Minneapolis site due to mismanagement and false promises from management in San Francisco and lack of proper technical direction in the team. There is no real technical architect for few projects and one ends up building something no one wants to use. Management asks us to come to sf, but doesn’t send team members other way around. Micromanagement from site lead and manager.

      Pros

      Great product market fit. Business is doing extremely well and lead by strong leadership

      Cons

      It has a deeply siloed engineering culture, and there is little to no support for new initiatives or ideas. There are always constantly changing priorities which leaves a developer very frustrated. Development model is more waterfall than agile. Architecture and planning are not team driven, but rather from less-technical managers. Career development is non-existent unless your are part of the elite team chosen by the site lead.
