      Pros

      Good product - if not a little long in the tooth Nice Folks

      Cons

      Agree with the whole Thoma Bravo mantra of profitable growth, but uncertain how that is really going to effect IC's. Still need approval to travel and see customers makes sales hard. Still lots of uncertainty with everyone waiting to see who new CEO will be and see what direction the company will take.

      product is awesome! Encourage everyone to use it.

      Cons

      Low salary, everyone below the C suite is under paid....I have been at the company almost 3 years and salary increases are terrible, they keep promising they will go IPO and you will make money. NO one says thank you when you do a good job. Over worked and under paid.

      We appreciate you taking time to write a review. We are continuing to look at compensation. This is something that is on the radar of leadership, led by our new head of HR. We also do have discounted gym memberships for select office locations, including San Francisco. And lastly, we are rolling out 401k matching this month. Change takes time, and we are encouraged that change is happening. We hope you continue to focus on the good changes happening with us, and be a part of the change.
