Pros

Product and vision are top-notch, truly transformational technology. The addressable market is huge The greater ecosystem like Deloitte and others are all getting on board quickly Once at an account, it grows like wildfire

Cons

Can't break into accounts quickly enough, and each rep has too few accounts. Less than 10% of reps made their number last year A ton of management turnover in the last 18 months People are underpaid when stacked up against the market rates Questionable hiring decisions, the company would rather take someone cheaper than someone good.

Pros

-Anaplan has an innovative product that is truly helping business planning professionals' do their jobs better and more efficiently -An intelligent leadership team and strong backing from DFJ Growth and other leading VCs -Great partnerships with Salesforce and Workday -The company is continually building its brand and has established itself as the go-to platform in its space -Great SoMa HQ -Approachable and engaged CTO/co-founder -Solid and growing customer base -Some great aspects of company culture including weekly Informal happy hours (and monthly formal happy hours), community service projects (and they offer time off for community service endeavors), and monthly lunches.

Cons

-Anaplan has some growing pains with regard to internal processes and culture -There are some people who default to micro-management -There is considerable turnover
