Pros

Unlimited PTO is quite nice Middle management is concerned about employees on a personal level Coworkers are helpful and for the most part have a joint spirt for the team to succeed.

Cons

Upper Management has brought the people they worked with from a previous company (extremely high percentage locally). Every time you turn around you find another member of Management with the same past employer. This has a trickle down affect and makes it hard for anyone who has not worked for that employer to succeed. Job roles/responsibilities are not always clear and expectations are not communicated. Lots of talk about growth and the local office expanding but do not see it in job postings etc. Middle management does not have the tools/ability/capacity to develop employees that want to grow within the company.

Pros

They provided a very nice Nike branded quarter zip as well as notebooks and other stationary. Anaplan software is a good solution for corporations that have sales teams that need to manage quota, territory and segmentation. However, when it comes to finance use cases, the software is underwhelming.

Cons

On a team of 10 people, all five that were terminated were over 50 years old. All were geographically disperse in New York, Florida, California, Washington, and Colorado. Lower and mid-level managers are dishonest and unethical while playing favorites with the balance of the team. These managers are not servant leaders, and they do not even mentor as they are typically ghosts. When dealing with existing clients, there were the constant headaches of dealing with their lack of storage and slowness of the application anytime trying to run a calculation. Unfortunately, the only way to solve this was to present an upsell opportunity and sell them more software which they didn’t need, but was required for storage. What I found most interesting was the perpetual professional service agreements that the customers had to have in place in order to do basic things like creating reports which is quite different than how the software is marketed.
