Joined just as Thoma Bravo took over and it has been a rapid and disappointing downward spiral that I'm sure is only going to get worse

Still good people to work with after recent mass layoff

Cons

TB(Thoma Bravo) has changed company culture upside down in the worst possible manner The board is only thinking about profit and thinking that one on one replacement with off shore(India) consultants will produce the same product output(which will never be the case) No upside on TB equity because of expensive acquisition Current and new US employees will be squeezed to max while working with off shore team
