      Pros

      Solid product that is scalable and flexible. Whether that continues with all the engineering layoffs is questionable.

      Cons

      Wow, if you want a masterclass in how to destroy a company that had great leadership and culture, look no further! Laying off people that have devoted years to building the company, while promoting / hiring unqualified resources, keeping C-Level "leaders" that are clueless about what matters to customers; the list goes on and on.

      Not much is positive anymore. It’s pretty much all bad now.

      Cons

      Thoma Bravo has ruined what used to be a great company. They have brought in toxic, tone deaf, ineffective C level leaders. Massive lay offs, cost cutting, and unrealistic expectations have ripped the heart out the company. Offshoring key jobs and functions is tanking productivity and morale. Expect lay offs to continue.
