      Anaplan is on a downward trajectory. There has been a complete revamp of the ELT team since last December after the Thoma Bravo acquisition. The new ELT is doing anything possible to hit board (EBITDA) goals. With the economic climate and lack of rapid growth, this has meant mass layoffs for many functions within Anaplan. More will come. I'd recommend staying away

      Pros

      + Solving real business problems providing real business value + Winning Culture + Best-in-class collaboration events with peers, leaders, and executives + Safe learning + Fantastic and unique Perks/SPIFFs (ie Peak Performers) We are making a significant impact on work-life balance for our customers. Tasks that take hours/days are reduced to seconds/minutes, giving time back to do more value add work for their companies. Yes, we sell software, but more importantly, we help humans do more strategic value add activities by removing routine tasks that do not provide strategic value to the business. I enjoy working at Anaplan because the people are awesome and willing to help.

      Cons

      We are in growth mode, and with that comes some turbulence. Some might see this as a con, while others will view it as normal operations with a company that has aggressive goals to hit.
