      Pros

      - Flexible work hours - Great team (YMMV) - Decent comp, bonus pool was fully funded in prior years.

      Cons

      - Low employee morale - Cross-functional interactions can be atrocious. - Many teams don't have a culture of excellence, and perform bare minimum work. - Many teams suffer from low competence - Offshored operational functions lack middle-management. - Processes can be unclear - Responsibilities can change without complete buy-in of all teams involved.

      Above average salary, remote, seems to be a strong product

      Cons

      Onboarding is non-existent, constant disruption with reps leaving or dismissed monthly, no plan for GTM motion, no pipe gen motion, 100% outbound w/ no SDR support. Prospects have no idea what Anaplan is and cannot afford or utilize a solution that is as complex to implement or use as the Anaplan solution.

      The product is very good. Some good people. But the leadership creates a terrible culture

      Cons

      Leadership from the top down. Stay away. They even buy back your vested options if you leave. How terrible a move is that?
