Currently: - For my position, good bonus - Remote opportunity - Professional Services is an excellent team - Lots of talented people to work with

Cons

- Culture is degrading (perks being cut, unnecessary layoffs / layoffs of critical roles) - Executive decisions don't always make sense (cutting product development roles, pushing products before they're ready, etc.) - Remote seems to be slowly disappearing

C-suite making decisions to outsource jobs abroad, frequent change of direction and unit leadership. Lack of flexibility and cross-team collaboration if one is looking to grow and develop skills.
