      Pros

      Product that still has market recognition.

      Cons

      Pause on innovation. Focus on increasing sales only. Low mentorship & leadership. New private equity leaders are quite firm in whom they like & whom they want to see go. Incoherent product roadmap. Lack of trust. Every time there was a layoff, CEO & department heads would say things will get better. This was inevitably followed by another layoff.
