      Fun, growing place to work with an interesting technical product

      Pros

      - opportunities to growth, plenty of chances to move around within the company - smart, talented, genuinely nice and helpful co-workers - clear direction, promising future - interesting product, attitude of continuous improvement to be up-to-date with latest tech

      Cons

      - the infamous "growing pains" (which are not really a con) - ironing out of some processes with turnover and growth (again, not really a con...) I can think of very few, I really like working here.

      Update yesterday on Direction of the company, transparency was awesome, numbers are fantastic, great open discussion and energy. Way better than any company meeting with former CEO.

      Fantastic location but tough to find parking on driving days

      Pros

      Anaplan is not SpaceX but a Rocketship the team put in orbit in less than 3Y under Fred's leadership. This wouldn't have been possible without all of our customers, especially the first ones who put their badge on the line and trusted Fred and his (small) team at the time would be able to deliver. A lot of them were in SanFrancisco 9-10th of May for HUB16, our annual gathering. They all spontaneously applauded when the team thanked Fred for his 4 years with us.

      Cons

      Embarking on a Rocketship may have some drawbacks! things are changing at a fast pace, there is always more to do, but if you're enjoying what you do for living, it is just more fun then!
