      It's exciting to be part of a company that clearly has competitive advantage, positive energy, and is growing like crazy. The culture is one where you come as you are... no questions asked. Be yourself, get stuff done. Management genuinely cares about the employees and wants them to be happy.

      Cons

      The company has all the challenges you'd expect from a startup that is in hyper-growth mode and headed toward an IPO. You have to be agile and creative to troubleshoot new challenges and a few growth pains. Personalities that enjoy challenges do well here.
