Pros

- growing like crazy, no apparent competition - Fred drives hard, but he also listens - it's a bit on the edge, but it's working - impressive list of name brand customers

Cons

- we're close to sitting on top of one another - be ready for continual change

Being a "disruptor"!

Pros

I left a very stable job, at a very large stable company. And don't get me wrong. I was very very happy there. The pros to Anaplan are endless, but let me start with a few: - GREAT senior management. If you do a Google search on them, all of management has "been there, done that" from great companies past. How could you ask for a better leadership team? - Small company means you can do MORE, and get bothered less :) - Small company means you can think outside the box, and make measurable mistakes, and genuinely learn from them - The energy! It's incredible. Everyone is so passionate about what they are doing at Anaplan. The vision in their own line of work matches the vision Anaplan has. - Flexible work environment. Avoid commutes, take a long lunch, get your hair done. Finish up work at home. As long as your work gets done. - No micromanagers. There is nothing I hate more than a micromanager. And there are none here (that I've come across yet).

Cons

- People are so busy sometimes, it's tough to get their attention if you need something. - Orientation could be a more in-depth for new hires. - New hire training a tad disorganized, but does the job well enough. It's improving though!

Pros

Remote work and generous PTO

Cons

Anaplan has become a sinking ship, trying to cost cut, nickel and dime their customers. License and workspace reporting continues to drag far behind their competition with no signs of ever aligning to their contracts. Anaplan has an abundant lack of leadership, culture of blame, and has lost their competitive edge that can never be recovered. I recommend any other planning software. The future of Anaplan appears as trying to blindside their customers with surprise charges from their poorly thought designed revenue schemes.
