Highly collaborative and culturally driven
Pros
Don't really know where to start. Frank has crafted a culture here that makes coming to work every day easy and very exciting. Even in our position, I feel our voices are heard at the top and I'm not sure many organizations can say the same. This is a company filled with the best in the industry. Change is a constant in a hyper-growth organization, but our senior leadership does its absolute best to make us feel comfortable with that change through its genuine care and transparency. Everybody has the opportunity to make an impact on Day 1 and that goes a long way.
Cons
Anaplan is quite young yet. A lot of positions have yet to see a defined career path, but the vision is in the works. There could be something said about work-life balance at times, however every ounce of work is necessary to meet the growth that our organization is reaching for. Overall, no true cons come to mind.
