Pros

I liked pretty much all of my coworkers. The location was nice with lots of walking distance restaurant options.

Cons

This is a truly awful place to work. Management goes far beyond being simply poor - it's abusive. I would like to cite specific examples of misconduct, but I will leave this up to the individuals involved. I can say that I reported to the CEO who thinks of himself as the Steve Jobs of anatomy but is really a cheap bully with none of the talent.

-Some cool people -Didn't need to worry about breakfast -Don't overwork you -Medical is good and PTO is decent

Cons

-HR is an absolute joke. You can't complain to HR when HR is the problem. -Pay is miserable. They keep cutting and cutting things and they still can't afford to pay us a decent wage. They recently got rid off bonuses which was the only thing that made the salary bearable. -There is no flexibility and everything has to be done one way and nobody will listen to your suggestions or concerns. -The way they treat their employees can be horrible. -Please don't waste your time here.
