Pros

- Growth: Many previous employees have indicated there isn't room for growth. While this may be true for some departments, it certainly wasn't true for the Medical department. I worked closely with my colleagues and after dealing with constructive criticism and viewing it as an opportunity for growth, I ended up updating my duties and got projects I wanted to work on. People: I've learned numerous skills from my colleagues that I use daily including new programs. This also lends a hand to growth

Cons

Perhaps have Dental and Medical teams interact more so some employees don't feel a divide.

Pros

Flexible schedule. Free snacks. The chips have a lot of calories but they taste so good. There is a lot of learning opportunities for my position.

Cons

There is a rumor going around that when you leave the company you become a vengeful and vindictive spirit that haunts the Anatomage Glassdoor page with bad reviews instead of moving on with your life and making something of yourself. You have been warned.

Not a good work place for growth

Pros

In the year 2015, the fellow employees were exceptional to work with, especially the 3D software technicians. There were also some employees from lab that were awesome as well. They all had each other's back and worked really hard. Free snacks in the breakroom and free breakfast on certain days.

Cons

Literally everything else aside from what was mentioned in the Pros. Benefits at the time were "okay" at best. Parking was at a shady looking lot and when that lot closed down, there was no plan from upper management on how to resolve that issue. The pay was literally one of the worst I have seen for a small company. One would think that because it was a small company, they would offer a decent package for employee retention. But no, the hourly wage did not even reach the minimum to make it out here in the bay area. In addition to that, the bonus at the end of the year was not even something to look forward to. That was the breaking point. Turnover rate was one of the worst to be seen. Most just come here because they are desperate for a job and leave after finding out what a mistake they made. In regards to growth, there is no clear path as to where anyone could go. Moving up to a "team lead" did not seem to a pleasant move since they were also in the same low paying boat as everyone else. The mid-annual and annual reviews were some of the most ridiculous sights to behold. Employees were rated out of 5 and it was considered average and normal to be at a 2.9. Seriously, since when was it okay to be a 2.9? According to management, one could only be given a 3 or above if they did something above and beyond (which makes sense in theory) but that rating could only be approved by Jack, the CEO. Therefore, if one worked their life off and everyone thought that person deserved a 3-5, it could only happen if Jack approved of it. Otherwise, that person would be out of luck. Oh, and also a good thing to mention, the bonuses were also related to the ratings, therefore, there were a lot of people who were stiffed on the bonuses.
