Take this job only if you have no other better option. It's definitely better than being unemployed.

Cons

-employees are afraid of CEO -Most employees are unhappy working there -Pay sucks -job becomes boring after 3 months -Few opportunities for advancement -complete lack of trust between management and employees

Good colleagues, but bad culture

Pros

The best thing here is the people you work with everyday. 90% of the employees are under 30, which makes it a very young company. Although there are a few odd whackos that ruin the experience, the majority of the people are very pleasant

Cons

Pay is poor with little chance for advancement. Hours are strict and work is mundane. There is a huge lack of transparency. Oh yea and everyone is afraid of the CEO.

hamster wheel

Pros

Hearing really hilarious stories about what is going on at Anatomage and bonding with coworkers over these work place incidents.

Cons

Be prepared to work with people who do not know basic and widely well-known concepts and terms associated with project or their job position. Be prepared to be treated like an orange being squeezed into juice. Some coworkers want to extract every second of work, even when it is right before set and timed lunch or end of work, from you so try to use bathroom at home and take snacks and water at lunch time. But it is like a hamster wheel, where everyone keeps working tirelessly and endlessly but no forward progress is made.
