Pros

- For new-career hires, role allows for wide range of responsibilities, including travel, technical training, account management, software development, cross-functional collaboration, interaction with c-suite and director-level managers - Ability to travel to places you probably would not normally go to on your own - Typical 8 or 9 to 5 work with little external pressure to work extra hours (excluding days of travel, where hours can be especially long) - Interesting product that involves human and animal anatomy - Great way to get exposure to tech industry with knowledge of biology/anatomy - Would definitely return if opportunities to develop the customer and employee training programs came up

Cons

- Travel can be difficult to manage if you are married/partnered or have a family - Very flat organizational structure with little room for title changes (raises and bonuses were fair even in the absence of title change)
