Pros

Coworkers, Events, Snacks, Health Insurance (was very solid when I worked there). When it's slow they are laid back. Nice holiday party (raffles, and etc). Picnics. These are all great. I actually like the CEO, but that is because I never had to report directly to him. I know management became strict because he would drill on them for performance.

Cons

Low pay. It's a strict production role, at least with what I was doing. They will drill into you if you aren't hitting numbers. Management used to be cool and flexible until they fired and replaced with a more strict individual. Used to be one of the pro's was flexibility of start times. Work gets boring after 3 months. Getting a raise is a whole commotion.

Cons

A lot of new grads from local universities. Low pay for silicon valley (esp. for the techs).

Pros

I can use web and kitchen microwave and coffee maker. Their is a message chair and food in morning 3 times a week.

Cons

No training or settle down period in the start. The first months to a year you could just be wasting time and break no ground on work you thought you do. First, boss is not classically trained in work I do. Second, boss is using confusing and complicated explanations. When I use online resources for work concepts I clearly learn more harder stuff and in short time. I came to work here with good faith and want to do good work here but it is too hard with angry and uncaring people to work. Second, a lot of people are egos and not awareness. You directly down others with a smug smile and a non meaning brag. My ideas are never taken.. I make in the 20000s a year include tax like a lot employees. The company trying to sell tread mill and ellipses for 3600. Then they lower price to 2000 then 3000 then 2600 then email with explaining good deal then 2000. 15 percent of wage is too many. How pay for food or housing? How pay for clothing or shoes to run on treadmill? No person is buying and price goes down maybe to 1500 tomorrow and down until they match. Company how they say nickle and dime employees. It is very hurtful and mean but if company need cash now what to do?
