      a paycheck that cashes, CEO is a visionary savant

      in brief, jr. managers struggle to explain concepts, pace materials, divide work, blend strengths and weaknesses of workers, and allow weakness to be overcome, bicker and show favoritism and lack of transparency other coworkers provide misinformation

      +work 7 hours whereas other teams have to clock in and work 8 hours +work snacks +coworkers

      -my job is the medical version of pin the tail on the donkey and color between the lines -job specificity -jobs salary -internal growth and promotion

      Pros

      -growing company so there will be growing pains -great team bonding activities -bonus I enjoy the team I am on. We all get a long and communicate well. Everyone does their part/pulls their weight. Work life balance is good if you know how to organize and manage your time. Sometimes deadlines can be stressful, but that is pretty normal in every company.

      Cons

      -Parking-not necessarily company's fault. Working in downtown limited spaces. Parking garages around all areas seem to be full/wait listed.
