Pros

Good place to start. Not too stressful and close to downtown san jose. Young people just out of college and good atmosphere.

Cons

The parking is horrible downtown. Too much micro managing and the pay is not too good. There is not a lot of room to grow within the company.

Pros

Great coworkers one of the best things about working for this company, food, snacks/drinks, massage chair, after work activities

Cons

Management is HORRIBLE, they lack communication within departments and as a company as a whole. A lot of managers have no experience at all in the departments that manage and it definitely shows. Like is has been stated by others the CEO is a micromanager and has to be involved in every decision made which goes to show he doesn’t even trust the mangers he has working for him. The CEO and well as other managers are not afraid to talk down to or take advantage of employees and think that free food and after work activities will make up for the way they treat people. They do not value the hardworking employee they have.

Good for a start...

Pros

Friendly coworkers, free snacks, pretty lenient workload.

Cons

Not a lot of room to grow and explore, definitely micromanagement. Don't see this company growing much anytime soon, seeing how they're a bit closed minded to new ideas and new ways of doing things. They create products that they're good at, but it seems like they're completely satisfied with what they have and aren't looking to reach higher. A couple weeks in, I knew this was a dead end. Also, the parking situation sucks.

Thank you for your feedback. Our employees ideas and opinions are important to us. With ideas taken into consideration, we may not see changes immediately, but it is a topic being taken seriously. Unfortunately, parking in any downtown city can be challenging. However, we do cover a portion of employee parking in the garage and we have commuter benefits as an option. Thanks again for your feedback.
