      Pros

      -benefits are good -several times a week provide food -HR is very helpful -young friendly folks

      Cons

      -horrible management (primarily the reason why the Turnover is so damn high) -unappreciative of hard work -Criminally underpaid -unforgiving of slight errors -People who have stayed longer, are condescending - Management is not looking to improve Wouldnt even recommend my enemies to work here

      Pros

      Coworkers. Most people are very nice and activities after work are plentiful. Mainly because employees are young (straight out of college) and we are in the center of Downtown SJ.

      Cons

      Management. Power-hungry, full of stupid politics. CEO is the worst micro manager of all time. Also completely disconnected from employees. Cheap and stingy, treats everyone as a replaceable asset.
