Unless you live with a roommate, the pay won't get you by. The morale is really low for numerous reasons. There is no transparency in this company what so ever and it permeates through the entire production. You could work on something and you might not hear how it ended up until there are public media pictures of it. You have no idea what else is really going on in the company, meaning all the fruits of your labor, you never really get to celebrate. You just move from one release onto the next. There is a locked down firewall and you need a password to install/uninstall. There are security cameras furthering the idea that you are not trusted (or valued), you are simply just an employee, rather than a team member of any value.
The software is very clunky and thrown together. The software needs to be given a revamp by software devs. Far too much time is spent finding alternative ways to complete tasks that can be better implemented in the first place.
There was insufficient notice (2 days) when switching the company benefits to a new package. This same employee also emailed highly sensitive information to the entire company. She also did not properly file away employee's paperwork and had to avoid an audit.
