      Pros

      Company is growing and provides great products for their customers. The benefits were very good and you felt valued as an employee.

      Cons

      Work life balance was tough at times as they had very aggressive goals and were running pretty lean, but overall it was a very positive experience.

      Pros

      Wonderful people, awesome perks - the culture here is definitely positive. Have found a lot of opportunities to learn and grow, both professionally and as a person.

      Cons

      It took a while to settle in and learn the ropes - it also takes a while to get major changes made, but it's to be expected with such a large company.
