      Pros

      Competitive salary, great benefits, excellent work life balance, strong leadership team (all very approachable) good office culture & people are very friendly. One of the better places I’ve worked.

      Cons

      An improvement around internal communication. This has gotten better but still needs improvement. Overall, there isn’t a work from home culture in the office, I think this is something that needs to be offered in order to keep up with the other tech companies around.
