      Pros

      Competitive salary and excellent benefits including free lunch once a week, free gym membership, excellent culture - sports and social club organises at least 2 events each month, teambuilding events in office once a month, great Christmas and Summer parties featuring teambuilding and free food and drink as well as spot prizes such as cameras, tablets, TVs etc. Foosball table, xbox and plenty of games in canteen.

      Pros

      Flexible working. Time off if needed. Good bonus scheme if you work hard. Free Ancestry subscription. No supervisors looking over your shoulder constantly. Encouraged to use own initiative to resolve problems. Interesting documents to work with. If you like researching family history this will really appeal to you.

      Cons

      Communication is poor at best, non existent at worst. Emails and voicemails often remain unanswered. Problems with equipment can take a long time to resolve. No manuals to refer for known issues. Known issues with software and equipment are not shared with all. due to lack of communication, you need to be extremely resourceful in solving problems. Pay is handled by a company that does not care that you have no money to pay bills when pay is late. Incapable of dealing with problems efficiently. Little job security. Projects are not arranged far enough in advance to ensure regular work.
