      Pros

      If you believe in the wonderful purpose of family history there's probably not a better place to be. Still sticking to their guns with flexible work, even if certain old school senior leaders are fighting it.

      Cons

      Blackstone. We are a reliable source of small but consistent golden eggs and Blackstone is squeezing all they can out of us it feels. Seems like fresh ideas from the top are few and far between.

      Really great team building events. Company cares about inclusion and the well being of its employees.

      Cons

      Lots of people who have been there forever, which means its tiugh to make big changes. My manager was a micro manager, not a great experience.

      Great benefits, great people, very generous work from home policy not forcing you to the office - extremely low attrition in the corporate side shows people like working here and hard to leave

      very US-focused, limited scope for growth in Dublin given relatively small size vs US
