Overall great company

Pros

Great benefits and perks (unlimited vacation, decent insurance, company sponsored activities, RSU's, etc...). Great company culture. Good product - I don't use it personally, but it is generally seen favorably. Treats employees well. Great work/life balance. Flexible remote work since COVID started.

Cons

401(k) match isn't great (company matches dollar-for-dollar up to 3% of salary). As a developer, I don't have as much freedom as I'd like to innovate or even to maintain or fix existing code. Cross-team collaboration/communication is often lacking.

Pros

Positive and kind people on my team

Cons

My leader was an extreme micromanager and I believe it was moreso that she was not set up for success either. Not a very industry leading Customer Experience department
