Pros

Work can be very visible and provide a larger impact on the organization, a great opportunity to reach into more areas and expand your skill set with various responsibilities. Frequent town hall meetings from leadership that promote transparency, accessibility, and communication. A relatively flat organizational structure that gives autonomy and makes it easier to communicate. Family feel and team-oriented company culture with a committee dedicated to promoting a friendly and fun work environment.

Cons

Turnover can be high, legacy systems

1. Labor management systems are really old. 2. Rotating shifts Had to resign from the company because spouse is relocating.
